A reputable private security company with offices across the country is looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of Investigator in Accra
Purpose of the Position
The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing all investigative processes by utilizing policies and procedures made available in order to protect assets and information for the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of all security policies/procedures regarding crime and investigations
- Ensure consistent improvement in security deliverables such as background checks, audit and investigations
- Initiate and monitor preventive and precautionary measures to minimize criminal activities for the company
- Ensure that appropriate devices and resources are procured for the efficient and effective running of the department

- Maintain a strong bond with key regulators - Ghana Police, Military, Bureau of National Investigation, Judiciary, Ministry of Interior etc
- Provide advice to stakeholders based on intelligence gathered from investigations
- Compile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on crimes, thefts cases etc for the Group
Required Skills or Experience
- Not less than 30 years
- Not less than 5 years' relevant experience in investigations
- At least 6 years; relevant security experience
- Requisite knowledge and experience to provide the necessary support to help achieve corporate objectives.
- Must be able to drive
