Saha Global is searching for a suitable qualified candidate to fill its job vacancy as Training Coordinator for its office in Tamale.
Job Mission
- The mission of the Saha Training Coordinator (TC) is to on-board and train all new hires so that they are prepared to perform their new jobs at Saha. To do this, the TC
- Develops the training curriculum for all jobs at Saha
- Leads the on-boarding process for all new hires at Saha
- Guides new hires throughout their probation period
- Creates and delivers ongoing training for current staff
- Channels accurate information
Daily Activities
The TCs are responsible for training and on-boarding all new hires at Saha. Daily responsibilities include:
- Developing training curriculum for each job at Saha

- Updating existing Job Descriptions, Performance Checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect Saha’s current best practices
- Writing new Job Descriptions, Performance Checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures when needed
- Leading the on-boarding and training process for all new hires
- Training new hires on smartphone use, troubleshooting issues for all team when using smartphones
- Supporting new hires throughout their probation period through one-on-one meetings and performance check-ins.
- Training staff in new data collection surveys
- Documents lessons learned from each training session for continuous improvement
The Saha Training Coordinator reports to Operations Manager (OM) and is responsible for abiding to the Saha Code of Conduct as well as Saha’s operating policies and procedures.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Required Skills or Experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in Dagbani, Gonja, Hausa. or Twi is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in smartphone use
- Excellent written English skill
- Public speaking, teaching, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
