Job Description
- To prepare, review and submit competitive proposals for various fabrication, repair, maintenance and overhauling projects.
- To ensure safe delivery of the projects. To adhere to safety and environment standards of the Company and Client.
- To ensure delivery of the projects within schedule and budget.
- To manage delivery of the projects in line with regulatory compliances.
- To ensure effective communication with Clients.
- To interface efficiently with all stakeholders, internal and external, for successful estimation and delivery of the projects.
- To control costs through optimization.
- To establish / improve all processes and systems regarding services under consideration.
- To support internal and external audit processes.

Required Skills / Experience
- Degree in an Engineering background preferably in the field of Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry with minimum of 10 years’ in the offshore industry.
- Must have proposal estimation and project management experience.
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in project management.
Years of Experience : 10 Years
Competencies
- Strong understanding of lump-sum turnkey projects in oil and gas industry.
- Good understanding of Safety Engineering Studies like HAZOP, HAZID, Constructability.
- Preference to have exposure to multiple countries and various clients across globe.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Project Planning tools.
- Strong time management / prioritization skills.
QHSSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Comply with all company policies and the requirements of the QHSSE Management System.
- Personal safety & social responsibilities.
- Proficiency in mandatory offshore safety training.
- Medical fitness certificate for offshore conditions from registered medical practitioner.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the company’s QHSSE policy and statement.
- Understand expectations as detailed in the company’s QHSSE Management System.
- Demonstrate positive personal safety behaviors at all times.
