Job Description

• To prepare, review and submit competitive proposals for various fabrication, repair, maintenance and overhauling projects.
• To ensure safe delivery of the projects. To adhere to safety and environment standards of the Company and Client.
• To ensure delivery of the projects within schedule and budget.
• To manage delivery of the projects in line with regulatory compliances.
• To ensure effective communication with Clients.
• To interface efficiently with all stakeholders, internal and external, for successful estimation and delivery of the projects.
• To control costs through optimization.
• To establish / improve all processes and systems regarding services under consideration.
• To support internal and external audit processes.
  
  

Required Skills / Experience

• Degree in an Engineering background preferably in the field of Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry with minimum of 10 years’ in the offshore industry.
• Must have proposal estimation and project management experience.
• Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in project management.

Competencies

• Strong understanding of lump-sum turnkey projects in oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding of Safety Engineering Studies like HAZOP, HAZID, Constructability.
• Preference to have exposure to multiple countries and various clients across globe.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Project Planning tools.
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.

QHSSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Comply with all company policies and the requirements of the QHSSE Management System.
• Personal safety & social responsibilities.
• Proficiency in mandatory offshore safety training.
• Medical fitness certificate for offshore conditions from registered medical practitioner.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to the company’s QHSSE policy and statement.
• Understand expectations as detailed in the company’s QHSSE Management System.
