Job Summary
Mining regulations require strict adherence to health and safety rules on site hence as the Health, Safety and Quality Control Officer you will be required to ensure that all rules and regulations concerning working in a mining environment are strictly adhered to. You will also ensure that food quality is consistently above par.
You will be required to ensure that staff are trained and abreast with OHSE regulations on the mine. You will be the contact person on all matters concerning OSHE with the parent mining company.
Required Skills or Experience
- NEBOSH certificate will be an outstanding advantage.
- Ability to plan and execute toolbox meetings and interact with senior management.
- Knowledge of food safety required.
