A reputable financial institution located in Accra is looking for qualified persons in the following senior position as Digital Marketing Manager
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Job Summary
Lead the development implementation and management of corporate digital marketing strategy and activities
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy - develop the company's digital marketing strategy in line with the business scale
- Content Management - create and manage content for the company's digital channels
- Client Engagement- communicate with online stakeholders across all digital channels.
- Brand Management- develop appropriate brand awareness campaigns to ensure the company's brand stays positive, authentic and attractive to its target market.
- Capacity Building - develop and organise appropriate training sessions and workshops periodically.
- Management Reporting- conduct appropriate online research, monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, track Key Performance Indicators and report on ROI.
- Any other responsibilities relating to the digital marketing space that Management may assign from time to time.
Requirement & Qualifications
- A good BSc. degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field.
- A minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing at organisational or agency level.
- Strong in-depth understanding of digital media platforms with specific proof of their familiarity
- Must have working experience in the use of creative design tools and mobile image editing Apps.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and a good eye for creative artwork assessment.
- Experience in creative writing, graphic design and photography skills would be an added advantage
