Knights Ghana Limited is searching for an Office Manager for immediate employment.
The purpose of this position
The primary function of this role is to manage or head human resources and the public relations of the company. The selected applicant will report directly to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement Human & Corporate Resource strategy that enable the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop, articulate and entrench HR policies and procedures in line with best practice, company policies, legislation and group
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Labour Law, health and safety

- Execute corporate resource management administration functions efficiently & effectively to support project needs and prudently manage resource and proactively address challenges.
- Develop and execute strategy to organise and administer corporate resources and manage the public relations of the company.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office.
Skills and Attributes;
- A degree in Human Resource management
- Must be a certified HR Practitioner (IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD etc.)
- Must have a minimum of 5 years senior managerial experience and previous experience in project management will be an advantage
