Asutifi Rural Bank is seeking an Assistant Internal Audit Manager for immediate employment.
JOB ROLE:
The succesful applicants will work under the direct instruction of the Head of Audit to execute audit work in the bank
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To work closely with the Head of Audit to implement work at Head Office and agencies based on approved audit programme
- To conduct investigations at held when the need arises
- To organise training for staff with the support of Heart of Audit
- To work dosely with other management team to ensure the implementation of onsite and off-site inspection reports
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least a good First University Degree in Accounting, Business Management. Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from a recognised university Professional qualification such as ACIB, CA, ACCA etc. is an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a Financial Institution preferably in a rural bank
- Must have experience in Temenos 24 Software application
- Proficiency in computer skills preferably. Word, Excel PowerPoint presentation, publishing etc,
- Excellent skills in English language (spoken and written)
- Production of good report within a reasonable time
- Willingness to travel and work in small communities
- Pays attention to details familiar with Ghanaian laws especially those governing financial industry in Ghana
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal relationship
