Full Job Description - Read Carefully
A reputable Private Security Company with its head office in Accra and operating in 10 regional capitals, with operations in Man guarding, Bullion van services, tracking & security devices, investigations unit, emergency alert systems and rapid response seeks to employ a HEAD OF OPERATIONS.
Core Responsibilities
- Give leadership and direction to the operations team across the country to attain corporate goal of Client Satisfaction, increase market share and profitability.
- Supervise and manage the activities of the Branch Operations Managers within the various branch offices of the Company
- Develop and Implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service of the Company.
- Ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and maintained.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure good working relationship.
Required Skills or Experience
- Masters Degree/Degree (with considerable years of experience in the security industry) or
- 10 years experience in the security industry (retired DCOP or Captain)

Skill Specification
- Should be Head of Operations of a Security organization for at least 3 years
- Must Disciplined and possess organized demeanor
- Should be attentive to detail, exude confidence and command respect
