A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Fleet Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

To plan, organize, and control the movement and transfer of vehicles, machinery and plant.
Create and maintain a pool register.
Undertake vehicle/machinery registrations
Maintain a reminder system for vehicle and machinery registration renewals
Recording and maintaining records of machine hours, vehicle kilometers
Reporting on plant & machinery and vehicle conditions liaising with the mechanical team to ensure regular servicing.
Put a mechanism in-place for swift attendance to fleet with breakdowns
Recording and maintaining record of movement of all vehicles, plant and equipment
To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by management.

Required Skills or Experience

A minimum of first degree in administration/economics/social sciences or related field with minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position
Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
Excellent communications skills.
