Due to team expansion, we are looking for several PC Field Engineer to join the team. We will provide on-the-job training to less experienced / fresh graduates candidates. It would be a great opportunity to step into the IT industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with end users and clients to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
- Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Job Requirement
1 F.5/F.6 or above
Knowledge / Experience In IT Is Preferred
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
- Immediate available
