Precious Minerals Marketing Corporation (PMMC) is seeking to recruit Technical Director.
Objective
The Technical Director is responsible for managing all metallurgical and laboratory services for the organnisation, ensuring that the technical operations of the company are carried out with maximum productivity in a safe environment.
Job Description
- Monitor the methurgical systems and business process, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives and implements to systems and methods
- Develop, implement and maintain safe work procedures
- Oversee the metallurgical research and development programme and ensure new and innovative ideas are capitalise for maximum benefit

Qualification Required & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Served in a similar position managing a laboratory team
Salary: Attractive
Location: Accra
