The Role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing all brand digital channels and reports directly to the VP of Marketing & PR. They should be a data driven team leader who is comfortable with owning all performance and branding oriented marketing efforts.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop a holistic omni-channel strategy that drives downloads for the launch of an app. The target audience of this app is: Millennials.
Responsibilities are but not limited to: social media management, promotions, customer acquisition and engagement, content strategy, content creation, analytics, reporting and managing budgets.
Preference will be given to candidates who have direct experience managing campaign launches, who have a good eye for producing creative content, experienced working with PR teams & working within the tech space in a digital capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the digital marketing strategies and budgets to achieve desired KPIs across all channels (including Social, Search, Display and Influencer Strategy)
- Own and optimize digital marketing channels (paid and unpaid), including social, search, CRM, email and web
- Build and manage KPI dashboards; analyze results and provide learnings & recommendations on performance
- Serve as the subject matter expert on third-party digital platforms, tools and partnerships
