Our project portfolio includes the construction of the Legacy Apartment, the Appolonia City project, 2-storey workshop in selected Technical University across the country and the ongoing Creative Arts School construction at Kumasi.
The company boasts of a management team of 120 talented individuals, 73% of which are between the ages of 20 and 40. This is a reflection of the youthful, bright and high adaptable nature of the team. This sets our company above all others due to the high level of creativity within our team
Since its inception in 2013, Golden Mainland has placed special emphasis on training, with an emphasis on emerging engineering technologies in order to stay competitive in these markets.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Management level
- Experience Length: 10 years
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all project related areas such as scope management, time management, risk management, HSEQ management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Develop and manage a project budget that is approved by key stakeholders.
- Manage and control the project in line with project and budget plans developed.
- Execute a successful handover of project outputs into the relevant support area of the business.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are submitted for invoicing.
