The Public Services Commission intends to apply part of its Government of Ghana budgetary' allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for
supply of goods to the Public Services Commission.

The Public Services Commission accordingly invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the procurement of the following;

Tendering will be conducted using the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 of 2003, and the Amended Public Procurement Act, Act 914 of 2016.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Public Services Commission and inspect the tender documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:30a.m. — 5:00 p.m. daily from Friday, 3rd May, 2019.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 200.00 for each set.

Interested eligible tenderers are to submit the following documents:

• SSNIT Clearance Certificate
  
• Business Registration Certificate
  
• Tax Clearance Certificate
  
• VAT Registration Certificate
  
• Power of Attorney
  
• Ghana Revenue Authority(GRA) TIN Number/Code
  
  

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. on 31st May, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after the deadline for bid submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid/Tender security of two per cent (2%) of the Tender Price. Late tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Conference Room, at the address below at 10:00 a.m. on 31st May, 2019.
