The Administrative Officer is responsible to oversee the database management for the Children’s Department as well as membership follow-up, budgeting and family communication.

 

Job Specifications

  • Process new registration forms and add them to the database
  • Maintain information on the database
  • Call and text first-time guests each week
  • Generate bi-monthly reports of absent families and follow-up on them
  • Generate monthly reports on the birthdays of the children and update them to the appropriate class
  • Inform parents of a child’s upcoming transition to a new class
  • Communicate with families by sending them information on upcoming programs
  • Oversee the checking in of children on weekends
  • Submit monthly financial requisitions

  • Balance expenditure and submit receipts to accounts
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the children’s pastor

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Must have record-keeping skills
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision
  • Must have strong supervisory skills
  • Must be diligent in following laid-down procedure
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have excellent command of the English language
