Job Description:
The experienced conveyor/belt frontline supervisor will be in control of daily operations and will manage field/shop employees as required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform manual work when and if needed
- Analyze job for all work and tools necessary for completion
- Will act as Safety Lead whenever on site
- Will work a variety of schedules, on call and will be available for weekends, holidays, etc.
- Will ensure that all are employees are properly trained and certified
- Travel for customer & site meetings when required
- Clearly define tasks an assigning work
- Coordinate with the sales team to insure customer satisfaction & timely resolution
- Manage projects including timely completions & installations
- Provide the necessary direction for planning, organizing & developing specific project objectives, schedules and budgets for the production & workflow process
