A probiotic greek yoghurt company in Accra with three (3) outlets in Accra : Labone, east legon and palace mall (yet to be opened) needs SALES SUPERVISORS at the East Legon and Palace Mall outlets.
Persons should live in and around East Legon, baatsonaa, spintex, Madina and environs.
Be ready to start IMMEDIATELY.
Job title : Sales supervisor
Purpose :
To supervise sales attendants to ensure smooth transaction and maintain a high level of professional customer service.
Duties :
1. Managing inventory and ensuring adequate supply of stocks.
2. Keeping and balancing cash and sales
3. manage sales attendants : to meet set targets and to follow standard procedures.
4. ensure environment meets set hygienic standards.
5. customers needs are exceeded.
8. Handling customer complaint
Requirements :
- Diploma / HND certificate or higher in Catering / Home Science or related.
- Ability to make timely decisions
Ability to cope with work, time and people pressure
- Ability to keep time and other commitments
- Ability to identify learning needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to identify customer needs
