Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic plans which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives
- Leads and directs all aspects of the business operations including, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Finance
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for growth and expansion
- Manages resources effectively and ensures financial targets are achieved
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Manages risk and ensures there is adequate preparation for any potential crisis
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Any related duties as may be assigned
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Master's Degree preferably a Master of Business Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a senior management role preferably in an agro-chemical company
- Strategic thinker with the capability to translate business goals into initiatives
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities
