We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to oversee operations and sales functions of a branch while delivering superior customer service.
You will manage staff and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
The successful candidate is also expected to implement corporate strategies at the branch level.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for branch daily operations, supervision, and leadership at the branch;
- Identify new business opportunities within branch market area based on customer needs on an ongoing basis;
- Ensures branch adheres to operational policies and controls, and compliance with audit and regulatory procedures
- Implement corporate strategies at the branch level
- Responsible for marketing and promoting branch/bank’s products and services and attracting new businesses
- Responsible for general maintenance of the Branch, ensuring safety and securities of branch assets, employees & clients
- Focus on improving customer service and satisfaction at the branch level;
- Meet branch performance goals in terms of sales, etc
- Implements corporate culture through reinforcement of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Client first, and Excellence service at the branch level
- Promote the image of the bank in the branch market area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills or Experience
-
HND, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
-
2 years of Branch manager or management experience;
-
Comprehensive knowledge of banking rules and regulations;
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-
Sales and marketing skills;
Other Requirements
-
Familiar with core banking software;
-
Must be computer literate and proficient in word processing and excel;
-
Ability to work independently;
-
Must possess management skills.
