A reputable company seeks qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk and Personal Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking and directing calls
- Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
- Setting up meeting facilities
- Providing customer support
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Monitoring reporting manager’s schedule and responding if required Writing reports and minutes
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Preparing communications on behalf of the manager
- Various ad hoc requests from the reporting Manager.
