Key duties and Resposibilities:
- Take prospective clients out for site inspection on all our holdings.
- Prepare photo reports for all our client billboards and signages nationwide.
- Ensure company holdings are in good shape and attractive at all times.
- Prepare weekly report and assesses company client’s performance on a quarterly basis.
- Develop innovative ideas for outdoor pitch for business
- Establish data to help manage all outdoor projects and signages effectively.
- Serve as intermediate between the agency and the clients.
- Preparation of contracts and invoice.
- Prospecting for new outdoor businesses or clients.
- Liaise between agency and clients.
- Managing and handling client’s advertising budget and account.
- Conducts market research to help in product development and implementation.

Required Skills or Experience
- A positive self-starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard with multitasking abilities.
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Willing to travel by own transportation ( if necessary).
- Strong communication skills using emails and social media.
