Main Responsibilities:
- Formulate objectives and activities based on company goals
- Update weekly activity plan
- Daily update of Customer sheets
- Supervise Jumia and logistics activities
- Develop the roles and responsibilities for each staff
- Managing team members
- Hold meetings weekly
- Communicate clearly on new developments, issues and concerns to all staff
- Recruit and train staff
- Manage third-party model delivery system
- Manage cash- petty cash and bank deposits
- Generate revenue from mobile money payments
- Block all revenue leakages
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Qualification
- Must have a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or any Business track course
- Must be adept in handling all types of social media including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Must be very good in excel/google sheets
- Must be Smart, confident ,a good communicator and good interpersonal skills.
- Available 8am to 8pm 5days in a week – including Holidays
- Experience managing teams
