Job Roles & Responsibilities:
The duties that the candidate will be responsible for
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, staff integration, and succession planning initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Support recruitment and retention of HR and administrative staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports and metrics.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications, Experience, Education, skills, and so on the candidate should possess
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR operations or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices is an advantage
Job Salary: GHS3500 - GHS4500 (Gross)
Job Location: Achimota, Accra
