The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build a powerful network of referral and corporate partners across Ghana. You will build and nurture relationships with professionals and organisations that serve our ideal customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong network of referral partners.
- Open doors to corporate opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through strategic relationships.
- Represent TNell at networking events and business meetings.
- Collaborate with various partners, including:
- Wedding & family photographers
- Real estate agencies and developers
- Interior designers & architects
- International schools & universities
- Corporate organizations
- Hotels & hospitality businesses
- Event planners
- Gift shops & lifestyle brands
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves meeting new people.
- Is confident, professional, and communicates exceptionally well.
- Is highly organized and takes initiative.
- Enjoys networking and building genuine relationships.
- Is coachable and committed to continuous learning.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, or Corporate Partnerships is an advantage but attitude, integrity, and execution matter most.
