Responsibilities
-
Sourcing, evaluating, and processing loan applications in line with Credex Micro-credit's credit policies and risk framework.

Conducting thorough credit assessments, client interviews, and field visits to verify the accuracy of information submitted by loan applicants.

Recommending appropriate loan products and amounts based on the financial needs and repayment capacity of clients.

Actively managing and growing a healthy loan portfolio while maintaining a low delinquency rate.

Monitoring loan repayments and proactively following up with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.

Maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all client accounts and loan files.

Building and sustaining strong client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.

Preparing and submitting timely and accurate portfolio performance reports to the relevant supervisor.

Performing any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or any related field.

2-3 years of working experience.

Cash and Bank transactions. Cash Requisition preparation, Cash Certificate preparation and bank Reconciliation statement

Experience: At least one year’s experience working

Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
