Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various online channels to support Afrifanom’s brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, developing online marketing content and campaigns, monitoring web and campaign analytics, and reporting performance metrics to stakeholders.

This role is responsible for building and executing measurable digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive user acquisition, improve retention, and support revenue objectives. This role requires close coordination with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing experience for campaign planning and execution.
- Social Media Marketing experience for managing and growing brand presence across key platforms.
- Web Analytics experience for tracking, interpreting, and optimizing digital performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration, and stakeholder reporting.
- Relevant experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, preferably within technology or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools, social media management platforms, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
