Job Summary
The Regional Operations Officer will be responsible for handling client inquiries across multiple communication channels, supporting membership and beneficiary claim validation processes, and assisting with member engagement activities and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, WhatsApp, telephone calls, and walk-in engagements
- Provide accurate information and support to members and clients regarding pension products, membership processes, contributions, and claims-related concerns.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and escalations within agreed service timelines
- Conduct first-line validation and processing of membership claims and beneficiary claims received from clients
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction within the assigned region.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
