Ideas Printhouse Ltd is a 26-year-old commercial printing company in Accra, delivering offset, digital, large format, garment/DTF and branding solutions to businesses across Ghana.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations and support management with accurate, timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers and reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, manage receivables and follow up on collections
- Process payables, payroll inputs and petty cash
- Handle VAT, NHIL, GETFund and PAYE filings in line with GRA requirements
- Support job costing and monitor material, labour and overhead costs against quotes
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports
- Assist with stock valuation, supplier reconciliation and audit preparation
- Work within the company's ERP system for financial data capture and reporting

Required Skills or Experience
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (manufacturing or print environment an advantage)
- Part-qualified ICAG/ACCA preferred
- Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting or ERP software
- Sound working knowledge of Ghana's tax framework (Act 1151, 2025)
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
