Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice invites applicants to apply for any of the following positions, subject to meeting the prescribed qualifications and experience:
- Assistant State Attorney
- State Attorney
- Senior State Attorney
Qualification Required & Experience
Applicant must:
- Must have been called to the Ghana Bar.
- Possess the requisite post-call experience applicable to the grade being applied for.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Ghana Law, legal research, advocacy and drafting
- Have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be of high integrity and capable of working under pressure

Required Application Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following:
- Completed PSC Application Form 2 (Application Form in duplicate)
- Application letter indicating the position applied for.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copies of academic certificates (originals will be inspected at the interview)
- Copies of professional certificates, including the qualifying certificate
- National Service Certificate
- Pupillage certificate (where applicable)
- Proof of date of birth
- Copy of a valid national identification card
- Contact telephone number and e-mail address
- Names and contact details of 2 referees
