Integra is an IT consultancy delivering enterprise software solutions to financial institutions. We help our clients modernise their technology infrastructure and solve complex business challenges. As we grow, we are looking for a driven sales professional to help expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.

Role Overview

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Integra's portfolio of IT solutions and services. This role requires a commercially minded individual who understands the technology landscape and can communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector and beyond
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of Integra's solutions and effectively position them to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using relevant CRM tools
  • Represent Integra at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product and service development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, technology consulting, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT services, or fin-tech solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and engagements
