Role Summary

This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Accra, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential markets, mapping target accounts, and qualifying prospects.

The role involves generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails, online channels, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline. The individual will manage and grow client accounts, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily tasks include conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on market trends to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business and Account Management practices, including client relationship-building and revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear, accessible way.
  • Experience in B2B technology or IT services sales is highly desirable; familiarity with software, systems, or networking solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online research platforms to support daily business development activities.
