Role Summary
As a Financial Planner, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, helping clients identify their financial goals and recommending tailored life insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on financial planning, wealth protection, and life insurance products.
- Achieve agreed sales and productivity targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Participate in company training, marketing activations, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A passion for sales, customer engagement, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
