Role Summary

As a Financial Planner, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, helping clients identify their financial goals and recommending tailored life insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on financial planning, wealth protection, and life insurance products.
  • Achieve agreed sales and productivity targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in company training, marketing activations, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for sales, customer engagement, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
