Riskspot is an AI-powered human risk management platform built for African cloud-first businesses. We help organizations detect behavioral risk, automate phishing simulations, run security awareness training, and generate audit-ready compliance reports — all in one platform. We're on a mission to protect African businesses from the inside out, and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to own and grow our revenue pipeline across key African markets. This is a builder's role; you'll be working directly with the founding team, shaping how we go to market, and opening doors with enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic allies. If you've sold B2B SaaS, understand the African business landscape, and know how to turn conversations into contracts, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and handoff
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients across financial services, fintech, healthcare, and technology sectors
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with MSSPs, IT resellers, consulting firms, and system integrators
  • Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • Represent Riskspot at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the continent
  • Work closely with the product team to relay market feedback and influence the roadmap
  • Build and report on key sales metrics; pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling SaaS or technology solutions
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of the African enterprise landscape; who buys, how they buy, and what actually moves deals
  • Experience building or managing channel and referral partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills; you can present to a CTO and a CFO in the same afternoon
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, or HR/people tech is a strong advantage
