Full Job Description - Read Carefully
DKB Partners is seeking an ambitious and highly capable Junior Associate to support our work with global biotechnology, medical technology, and healthcare companies with a particular focus on the United States and Europe. This is not a traditional public relations or marketing role.
Our firm works at the intersection of business, communications, healthcare, and finance, helping companies communicate their value to investors, analysts, journalists, potential partners, and other important stakeholders.
The Junior Associate will work closely with the firm’s founder across investor relations, corporate communications, media relations, business development, and client account management. Investor relations is still an emerging field in Ghana, so prior experience in the industry is not required.
What matters most is intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a willingness to immerse yourself in a highly specialized field.
The successful candidate should be prepared to learn how healthcare companies raise capital, communicate clinical and business progress, engage investors, manage their public profiles, and position themselves within competitive global markets.

- International client management

In return, the right person will have the opportunity to become an important member of the firm, work directly with senior executives, and develop a highly differentiated professional skill set.
