Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated National Service Personnel to join our growing technology team as a Junior Developer. You will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and maintain software solutions for clients in the financial services sector. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills in a structured, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications across the project lifecycle
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code under the guidance of senior developers
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers
- Engage professionally with clients during delivery phases, adhering to Integra's client engagement standards
- Maintain documentation and follow agreed development processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional development experience (internship experience counts)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when required.
