Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team for the following open positions:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Lancaster University Ghana and its alumni community.
  • Build and maintain strong alumni relationships and support alumni engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and strengthen alumni chapters and networks.
  • Coordinate alumni events, reunions, networking sessions, and recognition programmes.
  • Create engaging alumni content in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Manage alumni communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and the alumni webpage.
  • Maintain accurate alumni records and oversee alumni database management.
  • Coordinate alumni surveys, data collection, and graduate outcome reporting.
  • Support fundraising initiatives by identifying opportunities for alumni giving and donor engagement.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and post-event evaluations.
  • Represent the University at recruitment, promotional, and alumni engagement events.
  • Support student affairs activities, career events, graduations, school visits, exhibitions, and other University programmes.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' relevant professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and event coordination skills.
  • Strong report writing and database management skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital tools.
