The Opportunity
Seeking an experienced leader to lead and grow the Kumasi operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Drive customer acquisition
- Monitor team performance
- Conduct coaching and mentoring
- Build client relationships
- Prepare sales reports
- Ensure compliance and performance standards

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proven sales management/team leadership experience
- Ability to build teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in banking/financial services is desirable
