Overview
Deseret School of Design is Ghana's leading design school, training the next generation of creative professionals across interior design, architectural drafting, and more. We're looking for Sales & Marketing Executives who are hungry to close. Your primary job is to talk to prospective students, build relationships, and convert them into enrolled learners.
Content creation and marketing support are part of the role — but your success is measured by how many people you enrol.

Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify leads via WhatsApp, phone, and social media DMs
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and move them toward enrollment
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision process
- Manage leads in our CRM — track every conversation and next step
- Run cold outreach to new audiences to generate your own pipeline
- Create supporting content (short videos, captions, posts) to attract and warm up leads
- Write copy for campaigns, follow-up messages, and promotional material
- Use AI tools to work faster and improve the quality of your outreach
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — you enjoy talking to people and closing
- Experience in sales, client-facing roles, or lead conversion
- Comfortable using WhatsApp as a primary sales and communication channel
- Able to create simple video and social content to support your outreach
- Organized — you follow up, you don't let leads go cold
- Proficient with CRM tools for tracking and managing your pipeline
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini
- Must be based in Accra, Ghana and able to work on-site full-time
