Nazareth Fisheries Limited is one of Ghana's fast-growing aquaculture companies, specializing in catfish production, hatchery operations, aquaculture feed manufacturing, and fish farming solutions. Our vision is to become one of the leading aquaculture companies in West Africa through innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable fish production.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Farm Manager to lead our operations and build a high-performance team.

The Opportunity
This is more than a farm management position. We are looking for a leader who can manage people, improve systems, solve problems, and drive operational excellence across our entire fish farming operation.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations including:
- Hatchery operations
- Grow-out production
- Feed manufacturing
- Farm maintenance
- Inventory management
- Staff supervision
- Customer service
- Health and safety
- Performance reporting
You will report directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all farm employees.
- Plan and coordinate daily farm operations.
- Ensure fish health and production targets are achieved.
- Manage hatchery production and fingerling quality.
- Oversee feed production and inventory.
- Monitor farm equipment and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and biosecurity procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of management experience in aquaculture or commercial agriculture.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing production targets and operational budgets.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Valid driver's licence (preferred).
