About the Role
iLotBet is looking for a passionate and innovative Digital Marketer with experience in the sports betting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing player engagement, improving brand visibility, and executing high-impact digital campaigns across multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage player acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Business Development teams to promote betting offers, jackpots, and sporting events.
- Manage social media communities by responding to customer enquiries and maintaining brand engagement.
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable gaming regulations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sports betting, gaming, or online entertainment industry.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of sports betting markets is highly desirable.
