Waley & Goma Apparel Ltd, a garment manufacturing company based in Bole, Savannah Region, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchandiser – Sales, Marketing & Merchandising to support our growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, preparing garment costings and quotations, and coordinating order execution from confirmation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Market the company's uniforms, industrial workwear, security uniforms, corporate apparel, and institutional garments.
- Prepare quotations, costings, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate sourcing, production, and delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in garment merchandising, apparel sales, business development, or garment manufacturing.
- Experience in uniforms, workwear, security uniforms, corporate apparel, or industrial garments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of garment costing and order management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
