Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
- Provision, deprovision, and replace corporate devices following established processes.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and coordinate with Level 2 support teams for advanced troubleshooting.
- Perform basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office infrastructure services including printing, connectivity, voice, and platform services.
- Install, test, and support network devices such as switches, routers, access points, firewalls, NAC, DNS, and out-of-band equipment.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
- Support smart office technologies including digital signage, smart sensors, and smart metering solutions.
- Assist with PABX-related tasks in coordination with remote support teams.
- Receive, install, test, and troubleshoot printers, AV equipment, and workplace monitors.
- Provide onsite assistance during scheduled maintenance activities and critical escalations.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for equipment repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Escort authorized third-party providers to data rooms and secure technical areas.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance activities, and SOX requirements.
