Position Objective
The Planning Officer is responsible for supporting daily planning and coordination activities to ensure smooth order processing, shipment preparation, and logistics execution. The role involves managing documentation, updating tracking systems, preparing packing lists, and coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and customs clearance teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply for documents and create order numbers.
- Update Google Sheets and tracking tools.
- Create sales order numbers based on demand.
- Prepare packing lists and shipment documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customs clearance teams.
- Follow up on transportation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily planning activities.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills.
