Job Role
The Business Development Manager – Homes Unit focuses on driving the commercial performance of the Homes segment within the Retail Business department. This includes leading the Homes sales team, executing the sales plan for homeownership and financing solutions, and contributing insights to the broader commercial direction.
The role also partners with colleagues across the Retail Business department to support larger or strategic transactions where Homes?related solutions are part of the value proposition.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, property development, mortgages, or related sectors
- Strong leadership experience managing high?performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute sales strategy at scale
