Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries and customer requests.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Communication Studies, or a related field.
- Candidates without a degree may also apply if they possess at least one (1) year of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Candidates with both the required academic qualification and relevant sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and customer-focused.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain-related sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and business development skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: GHS 1,400 – GHS 1,700
