We are a professional international trade and used vehicle export company. Due to our business expansion in Ghana, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Professional with deep insights into the local used car market to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage and optimize the company’s official social media handles, including Facebook (Marketplace/Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
Content Creation: Take high-quality photos and shoot engaging short videos of our available used vehicles; write compelling captions to showcase vehicle conditions and features.
Lead Generation: Drive organic traffic and engagement through hashtag optimization, community interaction, and creative content to convert online followers into qualified sales leads for the sales team.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates) to continuously improve social media performance and conversion.

Required Skills or Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online lead generation (experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or trade industry is highly preferred).
- Age: Under 30 years old, highly creative, tech-savvy, and deeply familiar with current online trends in West Africa.
- Skills: Proficiency in mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut); excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Remuneration
- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses/sales commissions based on lead conversions (negotiable)
