Duties
- Receives products and verifies specifications and quantities.
- Prepares products for delivery to customers or other warehouse outlets.
- Monitors to ensure products are arranged systematically for easy identification and access.
- Coordinates loading and offloading activities safely.
- Maintains accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Inspects products for damage, leakage or expiry issues.
- Participates in regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Prepares weekly warehouse reports.
- Keeps the warehouse clean, organized and pest-free.
- Any other related activities which may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse, preferably agrochemicals warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent at time management, organizational skills and attention to details.
- Experience with software e.g: SAP.
