We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our institution as Head of School – Academics. This is a leadership role for a passionate individual committed to academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Name of Institution: Pinnacle Star Academy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all academic programmes
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
- Develop, review and implement academic policies and curricula
- Monitor student performance and drive initiatives to improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote a culture of excellence, discipline and continuous learning
- Coordinate staff training, development and performance evaluation
- Work closely with management to achieve institutional goals

Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 27 years
- At least 7 years of relevant teaching and academic management experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive academic performance
- High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment
Salary: Ghc 3000.00 – Ghc 4,000.00
Location: Tamale, Northern Region
