BrakoVerse Media is a creative studio specializing in premium media production and marketing. We build visual worlds, craft compelling campaigns, and deliver high-impact content for brands and original projects. We're looking for a Web & Graphic Designer who is sharp, current, and ready to contribute to a growing creative studio.
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Graphic Designer/Developer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will blend creative passion with technical expertise, producing visually stunning, user-friendly websites while maintaining brand consistency. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from brainstorming wireframes to coding the final product, creating graphics for marketing campaigns, and ensuring high performance across devices.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Web Design & UX/UI: Create wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to map out user journeys and website architecture.
- Graphic Design: Design engaging graphics, icons, banners, and layouts for the website, social media, and email marketing.
- Front-End Development: Convert designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- CMS Management: Build and maintain websites using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Optimization & Testing: Optimize web graphics for speed, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and test responsiveness on mobile and desktop.
- Brand Alignment: Enforce brand consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and technical teams to implement new features and improve website conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Web Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and coding work.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Coding Languages: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
- CMS Knowledge: Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Creativity & Detail: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and user-centric design principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Website loading speed and performance.
- User engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on site).
- Brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Accuracy of final product compared to the wireframes.
